COVID-19

If you are travelling on BORNHOLMSLINJEN between Rønne and Køge or between Rønne and Sassnitz, you must accept the shipping company’s rules for COVID-19.

RULES
Ticket holders are always required to contact the shipping company before they travel, if one or more passengers have tested positive for COVID-19.
The ticket holder must receive a written response from the shipping company as confirmation of contact.

: The rules for refunds will always refer to the Terms and Conditions in force. Low-Price and Flex tickets are non-refundable. However, they may be changed up to 30 days after the original date of travel.

: You must self-isolate if you have symptoms of COVID-19, and you must contact your own GP by telephone. Click on this link for more information.

: If you have tested positive and need to travel in order to get home, you can only travel to and from Bornholm via Ystad.
You must book “Remain in vehicle”, and you must stay in your own car on the car deck during the entire crossing.
You are only permitted to leave your vehicle in the event of an evacuation.
