Q: Which commuter agreements can I choose?  

A: A commuter agreement is for those who travel by car, motorcycle, campervan or on foot. An annual fee is paid on the first trip. The agreement is valid for one year and follows a price ladder model. The more often you travel, the lower the price per trip.

Q: How do I choose the right product?  

A: You choose this product based on how you travel - whether you travel on foot, by car, motorcycle or camper. The system automatically shows you the products that suit your travel style.

Q: I already have an existing agreement. Where can I find it?  

A: All of your existing products will remain active and visible in your overview. The new design only changes the layout and navigation to improve your user experience.

Q: How do I manage my commuter agreements and travel cards?  

A: Once you have created a product, you can:   

1. Get an overview of your active products in one place 

2. View travel history, validity and active bookings

3. Add/remove one or more cars to your preferred product

4. Renew or cancel your agreement at your convenience

Q: Where can I find the app?  

A: You can download the app here: https://www.bornholmslinjen.com/molslinjens-app 

You can use the app across all our ferry routes, and you can find your commuter agreements and travel cards by logging in under "Travel frequently" at the bottom of the menu.
